this will be Erik Beck's last gig with the Benchmarx
and the one but last for Les & Wilf with Krude...

Canada Rocked

At first there was just the setting up...

And then there was the sound check...

And then came the T-shirts...

Actually I have no idea where the T-shirts came from but they
summed it up perfectly, so we put them on, turned on the amplifiers,
plugged in the guitars, and
Rocked Canada!

Thank you to all who turned up, we hope you had a good time and thank you for you money, which is on its way to a good cause.

And finally, apologies; everyone was having such a good time that I don't seem to have any pictures so if any of you happen to have any, then please let us know; we'd love to see them.

Keep June 2nd Free...

No poster yet, a few details to be worked out, but keep June 2nd free, it's going to be a little bit different, and a little bit special...

Oh, and I'm told that tickets for next week's epic Canada Rocks V have well and truly sold out. You were warned to buy them early! We'll see those of you lucky enough to have one on Saturday.

Krude Stripped

No we didn't take our clothes off. Thankfully. We just parred down the numbers a little. All the way to three, a Power Trio, just Stix, Les and myself for the opening set.

It's why, I've realized, there were so many pictures of me. As usual Stix was hidden away behind the drums and Les was on the opposite side of the stage to the camera, but there is at least one shot of him...

Thankfully Howlin' Wilf and his Harp was on hand to spice things up.

It Light Up Your Life

It would, of course, be us, Krude. And we hope we did light up your life.

Unfortunately your first chance to look and see (no feeling allowed I'm afraid) would be a bit dominated by me (I don't take the pictures, it's not my fault).


And no it wasn't the camera's fault they're Black and White, my press-ganged photographers just thought, tonight, that I look better that way...


Promise to seek out some pictures of the rest of the band tomorrow. May even try and find one that's in colour!

Shh...It'll be loud tonight

It's one of the best kept secrets, so hush hush that I only found out what was going on a couple of days ago. So, yes, I guess I'm a couple of days late with the announcement but...
